Refund & Returns Policy

At Luxcoats, each product is carefully crafted and customized for our customers. As our products are time-sensitive and expire within one month of dispatch, we follow a strict No Refund & No Return Policy, except under specific conditions outlined below.


❌ No Refunds or Returns

  • Once an order has been placed on Luxcoats.in, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

  • Due to the custom-made nature of our products and their limited shelf life, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for undelivered, unused, or unwanted items.


✅ Refunds Allowed in Exceptional Cases

A refund may only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive a product different from your confirmed order.

  2. Damaged Product on Arrival – If your product arrives in a damaged condition due to our packaging error (claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos).

  3. Superior Shipping Service Failure – If you paid for superior/priority shipping and the shipment did not meet the promised service level due to Luxcoats’ fault.

Note: Damages or delays caused by courier partners during standard shipping are not eligible for refunds, as these are beyond Luxcoats’ control.


📦 Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the order may be re-shipped at the customer’s cost.

  • Refunds will not be issued in such cases.


🔄 Refund Process

  • If you are eligible for a refund under the conditions above, please contact our support team at [support@luxcoats.in] within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
